It was so fast ! In and out in 10 minutes
I have always been happy with service at 18707 Hardy Oaks Quest (and others) but this time at Hardy Oaks was exceptional. I love the text sign in process as it’s easy and very convenient. When the tech called me back she found that my doctor had not sent the requisition forms in. I had called the day before to make sure they were done so I called twice while I was there with no results. The wait is pretty ridiculous, and making an online appointment seems impossible. Not a great business model, and there are much better labs in the area.
Drug testing stops at 4pm. The female staff was rude. They try to talk to you, like you're some sort of prisoner.
