Very unorganized.. unprofessional and too busy talking with eachother. I been waiting, got called in and still waiting. Had to pee real bad they said wait time is longer and I had to go so bad I was able to go then all of a sudden it was my turn. So pathetic!!
I am sent every 3 months by my doctor for labwork. I can say that everyone here is so nice! I usually try to go with an appt, but when i don't, i dont spend more than 15 minutes waiting. The place is always clean which is a big plus.
Make sure to make an appointment and you will be fast and easy
Since Jill and Valerie have left I no long enjoy coming to here to have lab work completed. Pam is just rude. Today I went to drop off a specimen and because I wasn’t standing exactly where she wanted me to stand she let the lady who came after me go in first. I asked for a phone number to speak to her manager and she gave me the phone number where you cannot talk to someone to complain or leave a message.
Hour are bad...not open on Saturdays.
