Walked-in on a friday but it took almost an hour to get inside after checking-in three times. I guess it was a busy friday. Tech also gave me a large bruise and had told her that my other arm had previous needlesticks but ended up drawing from my other arm and saw she went in and fished inside my skin and hurted. Overall experience wasn’t the greatest.
This Quest location is the best because it's by my home, its clean, the staff is professional and friendly and don't have to wait long.
You allow people to go in while they are sick and coughing without covering their mouths. I felt very unsafe healthwise. The tech that helped me was nice and I didn't feel the needle he did an excellent job but the rest of the appointment was terrible. I had to wait outside in the heat which I am very sensitive to.
