This place is clueless and continuously wasting my time...just trying to conduct a urine drug test to save on my health insurance premium as requested by my employer. Apparently this confuses them as I’ve placed several phone calls, visited during the wrong time, can’t schedule an appointment. Since I have to use quest diagnostics I’m now going to attempt to visit one of their other locations that’s 30 min out of my way.

Went in for a drug screen ordered by my physician during the hours they have stated on their answering machine and received prompt and courteous service. (In fact, the tech on duty was really nice.) Make sure to listen to the specific hours listed if u r going n for a drug screen, as they only do these tests during designated times. Appointments are available but walk-ins are accepted.
