Great customer service. I had a great experience with the staff there today when I tried to do some lab tests with my scripts from PR. They helped me and they explained me the process which was new for me.
I had just had knee surgery and was using a walker, and the tech came out immediately and helped me to the back to avoid my having to sit in the waiting area.
I had a great experience here. Friendly and professional tech. Zero wait time. Clean facilities. Check in was very easy from the phone.
The woman who took my blood was excellent in every way, AND I did not feel the "pinch" that she warned me about. Today I am not black and blue which I usually am ....A plus
