I have been going to Quest for over 15 years for bloodwork. Excellent staff and facility. I went in this Friday at lunchtime without an appt. - the Kiosk told me an hour wait- the phlebotomist called me in 10 minutes- terrific and so nice. Always delighted.

They don't go by the appointments. Randomly calling people. Wasted 40 min even though I had an appointment. Fix it

If I could give zero stars, I would. The whole experience was completely disorganized. I had an appointment, but still ended up waiting well beyond my scheduled time. After being taken to the back, I sat in a chair for 20 minutes with no updates or explanation. Meanwhile, walk-ins were being helped before me in the room next door. I didn’t have time to waste an extra hour just sitting around so I could walked out. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I could’ve learned to do it myself in the time I spent waiting.
