trying to make an apt. online was a no go....it stated there were apts. and you put a time in and it's a no go....I went thru the entire month. On line making an apt. with a computer who could not understand the spelling of my last name.....nothing works in this system.
Worst place to go. No one contacts you should the office be closed. Door is locked yet no sign to explain why. Left sitting out here trying to get a hold of someone on the phone and that doesn’t work either. Worst place ever. Absolutely rubbish. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star but that’s the lowest rating available.
What a horrible experience, a very rude technician at this location who was combative with me when I informed her there were two tests scheduled by my doctor. No way I was going to let her stick a needle in me at that point so I left. Not every going back to this location. In addition the office is cold and uninviting, the lighting is uncomfortably bright, they do nothing to make you feel at ease. Bloodwork is stressful - this place makes it worse than it needs to be - don't go there!
Scheduled an appointment two days ahead for today at 7:10am and they are supposed to open at 7am, but no one showed up. Had two of us waiting outside the door for 30+ minutes. Finally, I gave up after it had been a little over 20min past 7am. Never had such a bad experience at Quest before until I came to this one.
Had an appointment at 930am. Got text at 8am to confirm. Get there, note on door saying closed go to 3300 location. Get there, they don't have my 930 appointment, next available is 1030. Horrible service.
