Checked in at 2:50 without appointment and was told at 3:50 I would not be seen as they were done for the day and walked out. Will NEVER go there ever! Could hv told me 45 mins ago. Wasted 2 hours from work and they close at 4pm. How disrespectful!!! Just for reference the last person with appointment walked out at 3: 35 and nobody else was waiting in the room with me until they came out and told me they wouldn’t see me.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your office. We arrived just 10 minutes late for our appointment, fully aware that there is supposed to be a 15-minute grace period.
