Been coming here for years never had a good experience, only keep going because my doctors office uses Quest. If you make an appt beforehand it goes smoothly but if you are a walk in, have a question or need to talk to someone there is no one there, just computer screens to sign in. Waiting times are usually over an hour or two for walk-ins. I’ve never had a positive experience with any of the ladies who work there, all were unpleasant and barely talked to me. The woman that drew my blood was SPECTACULAR! Her personality matched the upbeat music she had playing! If I could get her every time, I don't think I'd ever stress about getting my blood drawn!
