came for drug testing for my school. staff was extremely rude even rude to other customers. the first time around I was having trouble urinating so asked if I could go out and drink some water. I was extremely apologetic and the lady just kept rolling her eyes at me.. making the time there extremely uncomfortable
No respect for clients, soulless environment, their associates are not trained to treat their customers as valuable, thus they do not. While competent, the treatment of customers as dollar signs is so off putting to me, the next time I will go elsewhere and hope Quest fades into bankruptcy.
