I had an appt and was called on time. Office was clean and it was easy to sign in. The lab tech was polite, efficient and capable. I didn't end up with a bruise on my arm (I have small veins and this can be an issue for me). I'd return here! I got most of my results the next day.
I took my 3 year old here and was so unhappy with our experience. The phlebotomist was confused about the orders and amount of tubes needed. More time and thought should have been put into this step because she wasn't able to collect all the samples despite sticking my daughter twice (and my daughter was surprisingly VERY cooperative despite the tears). The thing that bothers me most is the phlebotomist should've had a priority of samples to collect (especially when dealing with small kids) and the CBC should have been #1 dr... read more
