I don't recommend this place. Arrived as a walk,-in 8:45 it is now 10:22. Husband is diabetic and is fasting. Customer service is rude.

This is the worst Quest and they make it really inconvenient for patients. They clearly do not care about you. I live far from my Doctor and did not have a print out of my order. I had a PDF order form. They turned me away and told me to go to print my Quest form and come back. A total inconvenience and when I asked her if she could print it for me (every other Quest location has done that for me), she said no and turned me away for services. I stopped at the Quest Diagnostic located in Hacienda Heights on Colima. I hopped directly to the front desk, where I waited for 5 minutes. A woman finally came, after I called out at door way, she told me that they had stopped talking walk ins at 10 am. I left on, crutches, to drive to the next Quest , luckily they were able to take my doctors orders, since my appointment to see the doctor who wrote the order. The next office filling my order asked if I wanted to report the issue to Quest, I said yes, thank you.
