The Guilford, Connecticut Quest location is apparently understaffed. When I arrived for my 9:30 AM appointment, there were about 5 people waiting. By the time I was called, 42 minutes late, there were 11 people waiting. This was the second time in recent months that there were not enough employees to handle the number of customers waiting.

Nobody in the lobby, made an appointment and test still waiting. I hear the “techs” just yapping with themselves and nobody getting seen. Just annoying. Why bother making an appointment!

I had a very disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. I arrived at 3:00 PM as a walk-in with my young son, who had blood work orders from his doctor. I understand that arriving 30 minutes before closing (3:30 PM) as a walk-in may not be ideal, but that should be treated as a scheduling limitation—not a reason to speak to patients disrespectfully.
