I've never been to this facility. The address on Google is wrong.... I missed my appointment because I went to the wrong address....
I was here a few weeks ago and it was absolutely filthy. There were used gloves all over the floor and dirty (bloody) gauze all over as well. I have reached out twice to Quest now to express my concerns and there was no response. As an immune compromised individual, it is extremely concerning that they do not clean up used gloves and bloody gauze. The lack of response is also quite concerning. This was at the Grove Street, New Britain, CT location.
This was my first visit to this Center for lab work. I made an appt and everything worked perfectly. The woman who did the blood draw was skillful and pleasant. I was in and out in no time.
No customer service, no one ever answers the phone.
It was very clean and professional building. It was very easy to sign in and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. The woman who took my blood was very professional and very gentle.
