She is personable, professional, and definitely an asset as a Quest employee. My most recent vist could not have been better.
Think it’s dumb you have to have an appointment just drop something off. Should have stickers on bottle already so we can just drop off. Then this location and 4 techs and in 30 min they didn’t take one person in. It seriously takes each of them to 30 min to get samples .This is why it takes so long !
Horrible I been waiting in the waiting room for over 20 minutes I got a text to come in then my name disappeared from the tv screen. They should close for lunch.
