Tough morning at quest. 7 sticks and no luck. 2 stars because it’s gone well in the past. I think I just got the new guy. Now I can’t get a replacement appointment at a convenient time. It’s the website or nothing. No one can help. Now I have to miss more work or I don’t get the healthcare. I hope Function health figures out an alternative soon.
Kimberly and Iris both helped me. Iris was an amazing phlebotomist! I barely felt a thing. I’m so thankful there is an affordable option for labs out there! My insurance is trash so paying out of pocket via Quest is much more affordable.
