Had a wonderful experience this past Friday. Needed to give blood work. The nurses who took care of me were able to get my blood on the first try. This is never happened in past experiences. They were true professionals and made the process easy.
Lorena was my phlebotomist and she was so professional and compassionate and made me feel totally at ease. She was so kind and explained everything to me before she drew my blood and her touch was so gentle, I didn't feel a thing. She answered all of my questions about the tests I was getting and we shared alot of laughs. Thank you so much Lorena for making a stressful situation so comfortable.
I had a great experience. I had an appointment, I had a very short wait, and the man that did my blood draw was extremely efficient and competent compared to people I have had in the past. Was in and out in 15 minutes.
Quick and friendly. Location was easy to find. I walked, signed into the kiosk. Kiosk put my initials on the overhead waiting list. One person ahead of me. I waited about 10 minutes, he left, they brought me back, phlebotomest did a great job with the stick, hardly felt it and she got 3 tubes of blood. Guessing this place has gotten a face lift and new employees, bc I didn't experience anything like what some of the neg reviews from a few years ago had.
