They were 10 mins late opening after lunch then proceeded to only take back 3 people with blood drawl in an hour. And the phlebotomist on duty that day was rude and had an attitude all we needed to do is drop off 24 hours of urine in a bottle. Poorly run.
Got up early, got to the lab by 830. Cuz, you can't make appointments by phone or online. Even though they say you can checked in at eight thirty on their screen, no people available and they said my appointment will be at twelve fifteen why would anybody want to spend four hours on their one day off sitting in a lab for 4 hours. I then went to labcor one of their partners, and it was the same thing thing. Horrible customer service with no options for California companies wanting us to use quest. We're lab corps only. I checked in via the Mobile App Link and was helped in order shown on the screen. I was treated very kindly by Brandi (Brandy) and walked me through my DOT Urine test. Everything felt professional and the staff were very kind to me.
The check-in process was very easy and I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment. I would definitely recommend using their services.
