First let me say the lab tech was wonderful but she was working ALONE!!! I waited 1 hour and 45 mins for a 60 sec blood draw!!!!! I asked if she was by herself and she said her supervisor was there but wasn't offering to help. Now I have no idea what the story is there but she was clearly the only one working and if someone else was there they could have offered an explanation to the clients in the waiting area OR they could have just offered to help!!!!! This wait was RIDICULOUS AND UNCALLED FOR!!!!!!

The lack of human intervention was not acceptable. It was impossible to speak with anyone prior to my appointment to confirm certain details of my draw. I had a great experience with the phlebotomist but she was hugely overwhelmed being the only person drawing blood. It cause major delays. The idea of making an appointment is a joke from my first experience here.

I had a 12:10 appointment and did not get seen until 1:20. The only reason I was seen that quickly is because the six people in front of me got tired of waiting and left. This place is not run like a professional medical office at all. The receptionist window is closed off with a paper shade because they have a kiosk to check yourself in. This is the worst lab I've ever been to. Nobody at the front desk/windows. Check-in via a tablet in the waiting room. Several people were waiting a solid 45 minutes for a drug test when a tech came out and said theres an additional location they could go to and that the tech who does drug tests doesnt feel good and wont be doing drug teats that day..DESPITE ALREADY WAITING 45 MINUTES.
