I took my son (11years old) to have his blood drawn. During this process I learned that my ex-wife had absolutely ruined his first experince. Jane the tech who drew my sons blood after almost three hours of convincing him its not going to be like his first time, on the 5th go around my son finally caved. I want Jane and Heidi to know that they're the most compasssionate ladies, with enormous patience. Thank you, Thank You & THANK YOU!!! I couldn't have done this without you ladies!
