I was able to check-in for my appointment through my APP on my phone, I had a 9:30am appointment and was taken to the collection area @9:25am. The technician was very professional and friendly. It's so nice to have a pleasant person to work with. Thank you Quest for hiring a great person.

Grand Island office … bright, clean, friendly and, most importantly, EFFICIENT.
Had doctor requested blooded drawn at this location. The request was submitted by the doctor’s office “electronically”. We showed up at this location 20 minutes prior for the blood drawn appointment, A tall blonde and a shortsr older blonde with glasses CLAIMED THEY RECEIVED NOTHING. We wind up calling the doctor’s office again and they said they have submitted and have them double check. Both blonde staffs were giving us attitude and claimed they received nothing.
