Technician was please, attentive and professional. Facility was clean and recently renovated.
Doesn’t even deserve a star second time I’ve been in there and they don’t take walk-ins because she doesn’t have help and the first time I was one minute late. she was very rude and impersonal. She knew how frustrating it was for me and she said have a nice day and shut the door in my face on two occasions! Wow
I bought my tests online through QD, came to my apartment this morning. I was shocked how rude, unprofessional, loud, inappropriate phlebotomist was. She was rolling her eyes while loudly asking me questions about what kind tests I bought and I couldn't answer because I am not a phlebotomist and went over the list of tests that my doctor ordered when I bought my set of tests.
