Rude and terrible customer service. Went early for appointment. People on stand by were taken before me with an appointment and I was in the waiting room prior to these stand by people arriving. In the future I will find an alternative to Quest Diagnostics.
I was in and out of there for a blood test in 5 minutes and the person drawing my blood was very pleasant and skilled. A++
I don’t usually review blood draw experiences but honestly the phlebotomist who drew my blood was the most wonderful human being ever. Kiki (spelling?) was so kind, so personable, and great at distracting me from the bloodwork!! I was also in and out, from walking in to checking in, waiting, blood being drawn and getting back to my car in about seven minutes. So a huge shout out to Kiki!!
Waiting room was comfortable but stark.
Making the appointment was easy. I was called in almost as soon as I checked in, even though it was still a few minutes before my appointment time. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.
