Making the appointment was easy. I was called in almost as soon as I checked in, even though it was still a few minutes before my appointment time. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.

So I have had the same woman draw my blood twice now, and on both occasions she was cold and rude to me for no reason. She wouldn’t draw my cortisol because it has to be done before 9am and it was 9:07am. I said no worries, figured it might be a strict quest rule and said I would come back for that part of the test. For the rest I said “would you mind using a butterfly needle if you have one” and she said “can I ask why?” as she rolled her eyes. I really liked the technician from London. She was very calming. She put the needle in so fast, before I knew it, she had completed the task. Excellent lab and staff.
