I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Quest location in Granby. My three-year-old son needed bloodwork following a frightening medical incident. During my first visit, I arrived around 3:00 p.m. and added him to the electronic waitlist. About 10 minutes later, a phlebotomist came into the completely empty waiting room and asked whether I was the person on the waitlist or was only dropping off a sample. Friendly, professional, on time, good location, in granby, CT.
I waited as standby and the waiting room cleared twice. The phlebotomy tech was very rude to me after the third wave of people came and said I could sit there all day and she would not draw my blood. Went to avon after that and got took in quickly. Will avoid granby in the future.
