I waited as standby and the waiting room cleared twice. The phlebotomy tech was very rude to me after the third wave of people came and said I could sit there all day and she would not draw my blood. Went to avon after that and got took in quickly. Will avoid granby in the future.

Easy to schedule an appointment online . Online check in works well. Appointment was completed on time

Once again, I’m in a position where this lab is clearly striving to provide the worst possible care to their patients. I was 3 min late for my appointment, which apparently gave the phlebotomist a license to be extremely rude to me. She remarked that she would need to rush through my appointment so other patients don’t yell at her. She then said, “YOURE GETTING ALL THIS BLOODWORK.” I wasn’t sure what was ordered, so I shared that I didn’t know and she turned the screen to me displaying a long list. Don't claim to do walk-ins if you pick and chose when to take them and when not to. Today was "We don't do walk-ins afore 3:00". Last week was "The system is down, we can't take walk-ins"
