This is a review strictly focused on how they communicate and execute walk ins, so disregard if looking for insight on their lab services. WALK INS WELCOME adorns the front door. When you check in, you’re told how many walk ins are ahead of you and estimated wait time. Great! I can manage 30-60 minutes. 2 hours later no one informs me what’s going on, I finally ask how much longer she thinks it will be and she tells me she is behind on her appointments and doesn’t know when she’ll see me. 2 hours later… only because I asked.... read more

I scheduled an appointment twice and they BOTH got cancelled because for whatever inane reason they just HAD to shut down. The first time at least they told me the night before, but for the second appointment they told me the day OF. I was forced to reschedule for a significantly later time and now I have to go the entire day without eating anything. Don't schedule an appointment here, it's definitely just going to get cancelled.

Scheduled 2 appointments and both times I showed up and the facility was closed, which meant I had to reschedule my follow up appointment with my doctor several times. This business needs to be more organized.
