The person that did was the best I have ever had stick a needle in my arm. It was literally painless. Not even kidding. She was also funny and looked like she enjoyed her job and the people.
The self-check-in was seamless and easy. Phlebotomist was great. No wait at all with my afternoon appointment.
Place is never open. Always under construction or temporarily closed. Rather than update their hours online they write on a piece of paper what day they’ll be open but guess what! They’re not. Been trying to get my blood drawn for over two weeks. Already paid for and I have to leave work to get it done so going to state street location doesn’t work. Wish I never had to use quest again.
