Had an appointment at 11am 6/13 in Glenolden PA. Arrived 1050ish. 4 patients in waiting room. Checked in at kiosk with DL scan, it confirmed and said have a seat. I did, 4 additional people arrived after my apot time. Eventually I was in the WR alone ALL were called and gone, even the ones arriving after my 11am appt. At some point a tech came in the wr & asked who I was, do I have appt, did i check in? I had receipts, reminders & confirmations for every moment of my quest waste of time. She looked & said "but ur not". BUT I... read more
Very very unprofessional. Ran poorly, Phlebotomist are very rude. Frown face up when asked a question. The wait time for a drug test is 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours. They don’t care if you’ve been holding it or if you could get an infection. They stated appointments first but the next appointment not until 11am. Bad management.

The woman who did my blood drawing was excellent! I didn’t even feel a pinch.
I had blood drawn here and actually registered on line. Went to facility and there is a kiosk with no staff. Person in front of me was foreign and could not read the kiosk and no one to help..15 min wait and he still got no help..once past the door my tech was more than nice and did the task quickly..results took a bit longer than other places I've been but this place is ok
