Very unprofessional. Wasted an hour of my time here on standby. Understandably people with appointments get seen first but there was opportunity for standby people to be seen and the staff used that time to eat, talk and relax until other appointments arrived.
Waste of time if you are a walk in with an employer ordered follow up. Slowest follow up ever, computer at sign up will say 30 to 60 mins, the wait is over 2 hours.
Don’t waste your time. Miserable rude lazy older ladies that make you wait an hour before randomly taking your name off the waitlist and saying they don’t take walk-in’s (even though when you check in, it says walk-in’s are fine). But they won’t tell you that before*** you wait an hour past the time slot they give you, why would they be polite enough to do that! Lazy, rude as hell and miserable.
