This company needs to hire more staff and stop short-staffing this location. I walked in with an appointment, and there was no room to sit! Thirteen people were already sitting there without an appointment. With appointment I had to wait 40 minutes. The only reason I'm giving three stars is that the employees are very nice and doing their best to take care of everyone.
Unacceptable.Horrible experience this place is the worst place to be. There is No body to ask for help. The tv which shows the patients appointments wasn't even working. Understaffed and you have to wait forever to be called in.
Never ever served on time, had to wait 4 hrs for 1 minutes blood test. And it's not the 1st time. I have been there several times but nothing has changed.
I went for a blood draw and finding my veins has always been a challenge. Vrejouhi was absolutely amazing — calm, skilled and incredibly reassuring. She made my experience so smooth and comfortable.
