I was on a time crunch to get to a meeting and they had me in and out of there even before my scheduled appointment time.
Always fast service and the staff are always so nice
They have a very unprofessional staff at the Glastonbury location, you make an appointment and they make you wait for over a half an hour and don’t even have the professional courtesy to even acknowledge you, I’d rather die a slow painful death than ever have to come back here again
Had a great experience at this Quest location. Didn't catch the tech's name but she was super friendly and efficient. Was taken back 3 minutes before my appointment time and was out in 5 minutes. Probably like any Quest, they have a fair bit of personnel turnover. This new staff seems much better than the last. Probably still a chance of luck which tech you get but today's experience was nothing but positive.
