I’d give zero stars if possible. I took the day off from work and drove an hour in bad weather for a 9:40 appointment. I arrive at the building and go inside to find a sticky note on the door saying “closed today” I was so mad I tried speaking to someone on the website to get a refund and I literally wasted about three hours in total by the time I finally figured out how to speak to a human that afternoon and got my credit card refunded. I would rather keel over dead than have bloodwork done. I’ve gone like five years without any kind of bloodwork because the act fills me with visceral fear. That said - the desire to know outweighed the fear and I ended up here for some tests I ordered independently through an online lab. Check in was easy and the phlebotomist was very calm and relaxing. It was a very low stress and low anxiety experience for me and it was so quick and easy! I will come back here for any further independent testing.
