Horrible horrible it's a crap shoot as to whether they'll be there or not,then when you hand them a stool sample they lose it ,only an idiot would trust this place
They “strongly urge” that you make an appointment but it’s impossible to do so. I’m just going to show up🤷♀️.
I’d give zero stars if possible. I took the day off from work and drove an hour in bad weather for a 9:40 appointment. I arrive at the building and go inside to find a sticky note on the door saying “closed today” I was so mad I tried speaking to someone on the website to get a refund and I literally wasted about three hours in total by the time I finally figured out how to speak to a human that afternoon and got my credit card refunded.
