I had my appointment today (10/3/26) for my yearly incentive blood draw. For the past 10+ years, I have had great and smooth experiences until today. Upon arrival the one employee (that I never seen in my previous years here) told me that their computer system was down and there is nothing they can do without the doctors printed order. I do understand that computer systems fail but I tried showing her my email since my order isnt from a doctor, it's electronically from my company.
