The Gilbertsville office is the best. The ladies at this office are excellent at their job! It is not easy to find my veins but every time I go, they are very patient and work together to get one, all without hurting me. Thank you for your patience. You ladies are the best!
I created an account with Quest on their website and used it to schedule an appointment which was all pretty painless & straightforward. I was able to check in, be seen on time, get basic bloodwork done, and then be on my way all within 15 minutes or so. This location is also very clean and tidy compared to other labs I’ve seen. The lady drawing my blood was friendly too and answered my questions. No complaints here!
It is always a pleasure to have blood work drawn at the Gilbertsville Quest. Checking in on the kiosk is very easy. Highly recommend setting an appointment prior avoiding a wait. The staff there are ALWAYS on top of getting the draw on the first jab. I have never walked out of there unhappy with my visit. If you need blood work done for peds I recommend them as well. Super sweet and they care!
The young lady who assisted me was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was professional but her attitude was very upbeat and she made me feel at ease.
Everything was great! Make appointment on line - check in from a text to your phone - took me on time - tech was great when she drew blood. Couldn't ask for anything easier or better. Thank you!
