I made an appointment at 2. 2:20 I'm still waiting. No one helped so I left. People make appointments because it minimizes the time we have to take off work. What's the point in having appointments if they're aren't honored.

I always get bruised at other places but everytime i go here Julienne is the BEST she always gets it right and never leaves me with bruises she also has the BEST personality
I have a really bad needle phobia. It's exacerbated when medical professionals don't take me seriously. I have to say, Lyn, at your 5400 gibson location today was AMAZING. She took me seriously, was kind and did not belittle me or make me feel bad cause of my phobia. AND it was one of the least painful and quick blood draws I have ever experienced. Thank you so, so, so much!
Took our daughter for blood work and all I can say is Wow! Carmen was Awesome!!! She was super fast, so kind and very helpful. All I know is we were very pleased and if we ever need blood work in the future I know exactly where we will come.
