I came here for a drug test. I made an appointment online in the morning and was able to get in before noon. They seemed busy, but was able to see me at my appointment time. The confirmation email gives you instruction on what to bring to your appointment. Everything went smoothly and the staff was friendly and competence.
Waited almost 45 min to be called back when I had a scheduled appt at 8:50am because walk-ins were called back before I was. Appointments are supposed to take priority over walk-ins according to the info posted in the clinic. The only reason this is 2 stars is because my technician was amazing.
I was treated with kindness and professionalism .
