I initially was discouraged about how many people was there, but they moved fast. It's recommended that you make an appointment and I would. I did and I was in and out quick. Will definitely recommend, with an appointment first.
Was in and out in no time. Was helped by Tameka Smith, she was very helpful and kind.
Tiffany helped me and I didn't feel a thing! She was very nice and the staff were super quick. I was in and out in under 20 minutes!
The phlebotomist had to take a complex lab order from my doctor that included 20 different tests and required the use of 6 vials. I'm extremely nervous and get anxious around needles, but I barely even felt the syringe going in, and she left no bruise on my arm. It was as painless and effortless as it could be, and I'm appreciative of that!
My Phlebotomist was kind, caring and skilled. She completed the sample in one needle stick (for me that is NOT easy- I am usually a two or three stick patient). My ONLY regret is that I left without getting this kind lady’s name. SO, PLEASE, look into the records, confirm her name and recognize her for treating me with kindness and care. Making me feel important. That is a skill not everyone has. Many thanks to her. She has represented the Quest brand with true professionalism.
