The phlebotomist had to take a complex lab order from my doctor that included 20 different tests and required the use of 6 vials. I'm extremely nervous and get anxious around needles, but I barely even felt the syringe going in, and she left no bruise on my arm. It was as painless and effortless as it could be, and I'm appreciative of that!
My Phlebotomist was kind, caring and skilled. She completed the sample in one needle stick (for me that is NOT easy- I am usually a two or three stick patient). My ONLY regret is that I left without getting this kind lady’s name. SO, PLEASE, look into the records, confirm her name and recognize her for treating me with kindness and care. Making me feel important. That is a skill not everyone has. Many thanks to her. She has represented the Quest brand with true professionalism.
I had an appointment set for 9:50 and made it an hour early. Once I checked in they came right on out to get me . Service was quick and I didn’t have any hassles at all. In and out I’d say. Thank you again Tameka and ladies @ Quest Diagnostics -Germantown
I booked in my name and there patient name was different... Blood collection process was very poor, lots of blood leakes and big blood clotting patch observed after blood collection surroundings blood collection point
Made an appointment online. Nothing on there prompts you to fill in your doctors information, only insurance. It does not tell that need to bring “orders” with you and to make sure your doctor faxes them over or anything like that. The people weren’t “rude”, but I tried to explain to them that I nothing said I needed to bring orders when I made the appointment and they made me feel like I was stupid.
