Had to miss last week due to the weather. Was back Monday for my weekly bloodwork. The cold makes my veins disappear. But we can always count on Vivian. A lot of viles this week but we made it through on one shot #Hew Thank you!
Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a pre-employment drug test at this location. When I first walked in, there was one man waiting and he was taken in very quickly. I was hopeful because I had checked in online and assumed I would be next. I waited alone for about five minutes when another person walked in, did a self check-in, and was taken in immediately. The Question technician was very knowledgeable and personable. She could see that I was nervous, and she put me at ease. She hit my rolling vein right away with no pain. She was excellent!
Extremely bad experience. Receptionist ( who also acted as phlebotomists for my case) was literally sleeping when I went there at 3pm on 12/10. That lady kept moving needle inside my arm. My hand was extremely swollen on the day and formed purple bruise and stayed for more than a week with pain. Never going again.
Super nice technician lady. Blood drawn quickly and painlessly. Would come back!
