The Question technician was very knowledgeable and personable. She could see that I was nervous, and she put me at ease. She hit my rolling vein right away with no pain. She was excellent!
Extremely bad experience. Receptionist ( who also acted as phlebotomists for my case) was literally sleeping when I went there at 3pm on 12/10. That lady kept moving needle inside my arm. My hand was extremely swollen on the day and formed purple bruise and stayed for more than a week with pain. Never going again.
Super nice technician lady. Blood drawn quickly and painlessly. Would come back!
I had my blood work and blood pressure check done on 11/17 for a life insurance application, and I honestly wish I had read the reviews beforehand. This place is exactly as bad as everyone says—maybe worse. There were two staff members. Jenna, the Caucasian woman, was professional and polite. No issues with her. Came in to pick up a home test for my wife. No one working the front desk, 1 Tech trying to do it all. The Tech had one person in the back and 2 in the waiting room when I arrived. 6 people have come in 2 left Everyone has been helped and I’ve been sitting here for close to a hour and half. The Tech said she would get to me. Quest is certainly falling short today here in Germantown MD.
