An appt doesn’t mean anything. Later the area bled out pretty bad and I ended up at Urgent care.
I went today, 09/02, and had a bad experience getting my blood drawn. My hand is all swollen because they kept moving the needle around trying to get more blood, and it was really painful. Honestly, I won’t be going back. I feel like they should be more gentle when doing their job, and at the beginning she was a bit rude.
The phlebotomist was excellent. I didn't feel the needle at all. Very personable, even though she had to deal with a combative patient before me. I appreciate her professionalism.
Stephanie did a wonderful job. She was very welcoming & attentive. She was able to take my blood with ZERO problem. I didn't even realize she put the needle in my arm was how good she was.
Stephanie is my girl! She was super nice and my blood draw was fast and easy :)
