Kudos to Tracy who was wonderful! My daughter and I both needed blood drawn. My daughter is a fainter and Tracy was amazing with her. The key is distraction and she had her so engaged and laughing that she did pretty well. Personality is so important in the medical field - I can't thank Tracy enough for her huge extra efforts this morning.
