Most gentle experience ever. Never felt the needle at all. Best experience with a blood draw ever. Wish that all technicians were this gentle. Made appointment on line- walked in, sat down and was greeted by a lovely technician on time. Will definitely go back to the Gardner location anytime.
Unbelievably rude staff. I was greeted with such an attitude, like I was inconveniencing the lab tech. I was the only person in there so it’s not like it was busy. Maybe she was just having a bad day or something but she shouldn’t treat patients like that. I will definitely go to a different lab in the future.
Made an appointment on line - all the first ones showed taken , first one available is 9:15 - I’m here and it’s closed - walkways aren’t shoveled - trudged through it to find the door locked and sign says closed Feb 17 - Google shows open - schedule should have been blocked off - delayed going to work over this - Never Again -Did I mention I got a confirmation email yesterday acknowledging my appointment?? How is it the first 3 appointments were already taken as well - someone is manipulating the schedule
A bit difficult to find. Little wait time. Very pleasant and efficient.
