Got here at 1230. Wasn't able to be seen for nearly 40 minutes. My appointment time was at 1:10 and the receptionist asked me if i had an appointment. Yes my name is right there. Its past 1:10 and there is no indication of being seen soon. I went to the window to ask if I could be seen because I had to pee. And the receptionist was on her cell phone.
Got my lithium panel done by Laila Shaker(?) (she made a joke about a shaker to me haha) she was extremely professional. She made me feel comfortable about getting it done in the fold of my arm instead of my hand since I have rolling veins. Funny and very personable. I hope to get her each time I need bloodwork done.
It's always been quick, easy, professional and polite for me here. Online appointment setting and check-in works seamlessly. For those who don't know: have your provider send their order to this location (they can fax or send it digitally), and then make an appointment online.
