I came into Quest Diagnostics first thing in the morning without an appointment and was feeling pretty tense about having to give a large amount of blood for specific tests. Goatah was incredibly kind and patient—she immediately put me at ease. Her calm, human approach made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated her compassion and professionalism.
