The sweetest ladies here! I go a lot and it seems like their staffing has changed (for the better) but I was having a rough day and they made me feel beautiful and empowered <3 Thank you for your kindness and love; it made my day!
Dolina was extremely helpful and friendly assisting me with a sample drop off. Thank you for making this quick service a great experience and not making me wait for hours.
I went there twice in the past month for lab work. The staff were not professional. One time two staff were chatting all the time while working with me, the other time the nurse did a terrible job doing my blood draw. My arm was bleeding heavily. The bruise stayed for a week.
Thank you Lyla for being so lovely and helpful. You care about people and it shows. Quest should hire more people like you who love people and are competent at their work.
I got there 10 mins early, did the express check in, had appointment for 8:20, I was walking out the door at 8:23. No idea what all these bad reviews are. I didn’t catch her name but the phlebotomist who took my blood was super nice and sweet! Thank you.
