Quick and efficient. It was really helpful that I could click a text lng to check in when I arrived - this made it fast and easy. The nurse who drew blood did a great job!
I came into Quest Diagnostics first thing in the morning without an appointment and was feeling pretty tense about having to give a large amount of blood for specific tests. Goatah was incredibly kind and patient—she immediately put me at ease. Her calm, human approach made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated her compassion and professionalism. Because of her, what could have been an unpleasant experience turned into a positive one. Thank you, Goatah!

I made an appointment for 11:40 am bloodwork, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. There is no one at the Quest window only a kiosk. The kiosk doesn’t work, so I couldn’t check in. A Tech opened the door to call someone in and I let her know that my appointment is now at 11:40 but I couldn’t check in because your kiosk doesn’t work, She said to have a seat or make another appointment at 3:10 pm that’s the next appointment. There was three people waiting to be seen as well but their appointments were all after 12 noon.... read more
