Horrible service
Very easy to make an appointment. I checked in and was called for my appointment before the scheduled time. I was in and out so quickly! The phlebotomist was professional and skilled.
My experience with Quest was amazing at Gainesville VA location
This team needs serious customer service training. I wish I could have given minus. Majority of the time you will find no one on the front desk. Resources inside are not skillful and sometimes not friendly as well. Been there few times but I have promised not to go there after today’s (4/15/26) experience. Not recommended at all.
