went for labs. Keisha was phlebotomy. didn't even feel the stick. plus she was super nice.
I had no waiting time. They are very prompt. The phlebotomist, Echo, was so kind, professional and so gentle I had no bruising at the draw site like usually do. I will definitely ask for Echo next time.
The nurse working was one of the best I have had. Good personality and knowledgeable
Whenever I have to have a blood draw, it is not always pleasant. My veins like to hide and so it becomes difficult to draw. I typically end up with bruises, multiple attempts, or blown veins. Shoney, she got it in the first try and didn't leave any marks! She is amazing and wish I could request her when I need testing done.
