I have several complaints against this location, first of all IT is ridiculous to pay for handicap parking, 2nd, my mom who is diabetic and had been fasting was refused services because there was an outstanding bill of $61.00, when we explained that she has Medicare and Medi-cal and has 0 copay, they staff didn't care, still said there was nothing we could do, I asked for the number and they gave me a phone number, and didn't want to give me a claim number. always nice and clean. But today they seemed a little out of sorts.
I tried to call a representative to ask questions about an appointment and the automated voice told me to press 6 to speak to one. Instead it tells me it's an invalid number? Wonder the deal is with that...
One star because I’m strongly against medical centers charging for parking, especially when they are understaffed, creating longer wait times and generating more parking fees. Go down the street.
