Great service for the most part. Billed Medicare so no oop to us. Aggressive with getting six month notes from my pcm. Difficult to quit when I changed over to Military Medical supplies. Seem there are two sides there that don't communicate well with each other.
Just dropped off a sample. Quick and professional. The one thing to mention is that you should make an appointment, even for a quick drop-off (this is true across all Quest locations). This will guarantee that you won't waste time in the waiting room
Essence, the location’s lead, was great - kind and engaging. It took me a second to find the clinic but I was able to check in via text on arrival. Got called back quickly because I had an appt (always schedule one), and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
