They were very professional they took the time to do what they had to do and get the blood because most people would have just gave up cuz a hard stick. And they took the time to get my blood . They are the best . If they could not get my blood I would not get my medication.
Essence and Alondra are absolute angels. I took my very anxious son to this quest location for bloodwork. He had an absolute panic attack in the chair and these two phlebotomists were patient, gentle, and kind. They were able to draw his blood when I thought we wouldn’t.
