This place is very disorganized. They seem to not know what they are doing, the computer system is screwed up and the waiting room is full of irate and/or annoyed people. The facility is also not particularly clean.
This is the best office. Essence and her crew are fantastic. I walk away happier--AFTER GETTING BLOOD DRAWN. That's a blessing and a gift.
The Quest facility at Frontier Drive in Springfield needs to FIX or REPLACE the self check-in kiosk - the touch screen isn't designed for the volume of use and abuse it obviously receives! It's broken - it may eventually respond to a very gentle touch but doesn't respond when touched with "notmal" pressure most people would apply. The failure to respond causes customers to try again - repeatedly with increased pressure. This place is a good example of why for profit medicine actively harms patients. Quest is running a bare bones operation. The phlebotomists complained of 'slow Internet', which is pretty shameful for a medical facility. The costs for these tests easily run into the thousands, yet the profit motive is so strong that Quest does not even provide adequate Internet to their facilities. You know what's more likely in bare bones operations? Mistakes. So glad people's lives aren't on the line. /s
Scheduled an appointment; received link via text to check in, used it upon arrival; name never called, after 20 minutes my appointment disappeared and they said they were fully booked. Complete waste of time.
