The worse attitude. I have better more friendly treatment in a 7 eleven getting coffee... I understand they are busy. But they are treating people with health issues.. I will never use this location again. My fault because now reading the reviews I see happens very often. Obviously it's management issue.
They always get my vein from a single stick even though everywhere else i have been to including the ER it takes the staff at least 3 attempts. I love the providers here!

One person with exaggerated eyelashes and opinion of herself - rude, dismissive, needs to be trained how to speak to people with courtesy and respect just maybe a little kindness and patience would go a long way.. The tech called me as soon as I checked in even though my appointment was 15 minutes later..Customer service at it's best.
