The worst, rudest, most incompetent medical facility or any business I've been to in years. Unless you want to waste five hours(and waiting) just to drop off a prepaid specimen in a Quest (!) envelope, don't ever come here. Then you will also be yelled at and told to "get out of my face" by a staff member (Carrie, said she was the manager here). The situation: I had to drop off test samples in a PREPAID, Questlabs bag, with all the paperwork etc, scannable orders, barcodes in it already. Told on the phone I can just drop off... read more
The phlebotomist was very nice and very good at what she does! The problem I had is that my doctor said they faxed the order to this office but I was told that they did not receive it.
This place is fantastic. I make an appointment and I’m always taken back on time. The staff is very friendly as well. You may want to bring sunglasses though; that lighting is something else, LOL!
