The location is close to home, very clean and has electronic check in. I went in without an appointment on a Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised that the estimated wait time of 30 minutes to 2 hours was actually 10 minutes. The lady doing the phlebotomy was welcoming, professional and kind. I was done in 5 minutes.
I was a walk in and didn’t even wait 2 minutes; but the most important part of my experience was the lab technician Renee, who’s professionalism was impeccable. Best blood drawn experience in my life; I never felt the needle! No struggle to find my small veins, no pain. 😀
The process was fast and efficient. The technician, Vee was excellent and I will be coming to this location going forward.
