I recently visited two different Quest Diagnostics locations for my 2-hour glucose test during pregnancy. My experiences were quite different. At the first location 123 DiSalvo Ave Suite 10, San Jose CA, although the nurse initially explained that I should not leave the area so they could find me for each blood draw, she completely forgot about my one-hour test and went outside to sit in her car. Alexandra was professional and efficient! I am a difficult patient with “bad veins,” but she was able to get 13 vials of blood easily! She was great. I appreciated her doing such a good job. I highly recommend Quest!
