Excellent service, knowledgeable worker and courteous service
Absolute garbage system for walk in’s. Kiosk says it takes 1 hour to be seen as a walk in. Employee then comes out and tells 4 walk in’s that have been waiting over an hour that they “ are on standby and may not be seen”. what’s the point of the walk in kiosk then? Just tell people to leave don’t waste their time and make an appointment. They can easily squeeze walk in’s between people with appointments but won’t. Garbage place to get your labs at
Waited for 1 and a half hours, it was almost my turn, only 3 people left in total, but we were told that they need to close and let us leave. Totally wasted time, they should have let us know earlier. Very disappointed!
I go to the labs every 3 months and I never have to wait the staff is always kind and friendly thank you
