I have to say I have been putting my blood work off for 5 YEARS just because I am so terrified yo get the actual draw taken. I was terrified an Teresa at the Frankenmuth, MI location greeted me an she just gave off the warmest vibe ever. Never met the woman in my life but she made me feel so comfortable. I asked her for a hug because I was so emotional that I did so well because of her and I truly appreciate her! I have to go back in 6 month for a follow up an I pray I get her again. I hope someone reads this an let her know... read more
