Making appointment a nightmare. I follow all instructions and can't make appointment. When I get there they have all my information. Have to go and sit and wait. What a waste of time.
The Quest office I visited was extremely clean and the staff super nice and professional.
Both phlebotomists there are fantastic! They treat you with compassion and care. Make an appointment and you don't have to wait.
Don’t call and expect to talk to a person. Everything you press is another automated message. So frustrating.
