Hello, good afternoon to whomever this message is addressed. I want to let you know that in my 46 years I have never had this experience. I felt humiliated, discriminated against, and treated like trash. My son had to take a drug test for a new job. The company sent us to Framiham, an hour's drive. I made an appointment online, but when I got there, the phlebotomist almost skips my turn. So, I asked if she was behind the time. Before she answered me, I was called by a second phlebotomist (Maria). She asked me if I had lab slips because there was not information for my tests in the system. I provided her with the lab slips because I am a VA customer. The system does not allow me to write or select an option as a VA customer. I got there for a walk in at 3 35 pm because an automated system said I could do it until 4 pm and checked in on their automated screen system outside. The staff keep their service windows closed and only come out to take people inside. The door says that one shouldn't knock. About 15 min pass, and a woman comes out and simply tells me they aren't taking walk-ins anymore. If you value your time it's best to get an appointment or go elsewhere.
