I have never had such a terrible experience. My dr's office faxed them the orders 3 times and they never received it. I then had them fax it to my office and it came within 7 minutes. The place was small and crowded with people and equipment. I have been to several Quest's through the years and they are usually very crisp and clean feeling. They also are large and roomy.
