I wish I could remember the name of the tech who drew my blood because she was exceptionally kind, compassionate as well as professional, plus she was great at her blood draw. I barely felt anything at all. She made the blood draw a very safe experience for me.
These reviews should all be 5-star based on the experience I had with Quest. Shout out to Gabby for superb skills with that needle! One and done. I showed up a little early prior to my appointment which was scheduled at 8 a.m. and they were so quick and easy to deal with they had me done and out of the door before my appointment time!
No way can you reach anyone through phone system. The recording cuts short and auto hang ups or you get as far as able to submit you’re calling as a patient to be placed on dead air then get disconnected. So, here is my message for you…cancel my husbands appointment today at 9:30 and rest assured…you will never be used in our home again!!!
I had such a great experience with Tasha at Quest Diagnostics! I was really nervous about the procedure, but she immediately put me at ease with her kind demeanor and professionalism. She walked me through everything, answered my questions patiently, and made the whole process quick and painless. Tasha was exceptional—truly one of the best!
