In and out with appointment. Courteous staff that are personable and nice.
0 stars. God forbid you have people come in as a walk in when you’re appointment based. Sat there for over an hour waiting while they accepted people 15 minutes early for their appointments. Do better.
Did great getting my blood work done . Check in was easy . Employees nice !
As a provider I now know why my patients refuse to come here after I just experienced same rudeness they described! I arrived 1106 for appointment 1110. Qr won't scan phone or paper! I manually put in multiple times it says I have no appointment. I then put provider checking and an African American female came she was beyond rude while rolling her eyes deep breathing she said try again I will help but called another lady's name and walked off. Eventually Natasha came and got me did the employer drug screen and was very nice ... read more
