Joy is great!
They will rather take walk-ins then people with appointment that is an hour late and make you wait in lobby, but won't take you in. Like literally, you would sit alone in the lobby, with your name on the board, checked in, and won't take you in. Because your appointment is 60 away.
Let me start off by saying I have been stuck hundreds of times The tech TY Is absolutely freaking incredible The Best !!! I’ve ever had before. I didn’t even realize that she stuck me with the needle for bloodwork. She got it the first try and was done so quick so kind and professional. I had to make a point of leaving a review. Quest should take notice and feel fortunate to have somebody at this caliber working for them. Thanks. A+++ !!!
