Difficult to make an appt. Had to call a number in Tampa. Difficult to find: GPS for the address was not correct. NO WAY to call location - only a recording that gives incorrect landmarks from years ago... All issues are corporate poor management. Staff here is very good - only reason I gave it 3 stars.
