Irritable, unfriendly, and not helpful. Conveniently cannot seem to receive messages through fax (for any customer, not just us) within a few hours of closing… if you’re looking for a quick and easy appointment, DO NOT come here.

I was skeptical after reading reviews but when getting lab work done for doctors there isn’t much choice so I made my appointment. I have been getting lab work at quests all across Florida for the past 10 years. I know how crowded they can get and if you don’t have an appointment you might not get in or you will have to wait a long time. After making an appointment I arrived on time and waited maybe 10 minutes for my name to be called. Their automated phone system is horrible, there are no options to talk to anybody. And there are just some things that their little pre-recording automated system does not share with you. You would think with unemployment at what it is, and the fact that automation itself is taking so many jobs, that they would be able to hire somebody that can answer a few phone calls.

People seem to rate this place poorly but my experience was good, the woman that drew my blood was friendly, smooth with the needle. The only negative was how busy it is but that’s just the way it is.
