I came for a drug test and as soon as I signed in, they called me in. The lady was very nice and would definitely come here again.
I’m all for leaving reviews when I receive subpar service, but equally down for reviewing when I experience something rare now a days. Great customer service! This was my experience at this location. Very nice and welcoming staff here. Dina was very professional but friendly. I had a much different experience at another lab in Tinley Park. I would choose this location every time! Good job Quest Diagnostics in Flossmoor!
Dina is very rude. I had to take my 3 year old for some blood work and she talked to me like I was stupid. The other technician was very nice and productive, don’t remember her name though.
