The staff very rude. No professional service at all . They need to get a training how to treat patients. Someone need to check this clinic. Or they work for free. hire other people with more Education.

I had an appointment today and had bad experience.The system is something wrong and the staff are not nice, aggressive and not helpful.the worst part is they not admit that about the system error and the staff (she)talked that I didn’t do the right checked in.i had to do checked in 2 times.first I did with my phone and second I did at the desk. Still did not show my name on waiting list screen.so I can’t not wait any longer I have other things to do.

HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION .....THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!, I WOULD GIVE THEM A (-5)HOW DO YOU HAVE A MEDICAL PERSONAL WAIT WITH SPECIMENS THAT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED,...HOW!!!!!!!....AND WHEN I MENTIONED I AM HERE TO DO A DROP-OFF,...YOU PROCEED TO CALL IN ALL THE PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS & STAND-BY'S. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE MATTER I WAS SPOKEN TO JUST THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE... If I could give this location zero star I would. After fasting all night and morning for a 12:50pm appointment, I had to leave this clinic after waiting for an hour. The unprofessionalism and and laid back ' I don't care' attitude of the employees here is beyond my imagination. How and why these people here have a job is a mystery! Take my advise if you are thinking about going here for any service and look elsewhere. If you don't I guarantee you will regret it!
