I wish I could give NO STARS..but this must be communicated to our community and Health Care Administration. HORRIBLE experience! Do NOT go to this facility, go to another one. Employee yelled "we are CLOSED" 4 min before 5PM at our young daughter. Management needs to SCREEN their employees to ensure that they are hiring KIND people. Will NEVER go to this facility again.

On time appointment Technician was great and well trained
Carson at the Festus location was so nice. Finally I found a live person to fix my insurance issue. I spent so much time on the web site and phone just trying to solve my issue. Even wrote a complaint a week ago and have never heard back. CARSON thank you for solving this manner. Carson was so nice from the minute she came to the door. The whole interaction went so well. If I needs labs I would go to her. She has my trust.
