Excellent service
Mary Kay is amazing! It would be nice if I could choose the phlebotomist when making an appointment ok, new update. Cindy was amazing! She is normally at the main hospital but I'm very thankful she was at quest that day!
The person could not find a vein to draw my blood so she kept sticking me in and then stuck the needle WAY into my arm. EXREMELY painful. Then she decided to do it on my other arm. Clearly she did not know what she was doing.
I was called in on time and received excellent service. I honestly had noticed the cleanliness of the lab. I've been using Quest Diagnostics for many years because of their prompt lab results.
The best lab work experiences I've ever had and not just once, but repeatedly. They are so fast, don't hurt me with a needle and get you on your way quickly. I am always able to run there on my way to work and still get to work on time. Love the whole operation and everyone I've ever had draw my blood here has done an amazing job!
