Waited over 50 minutes for my appointment. The person before me stepped out of the packed waiting room to make a call and stepped in when they called me. The tech wanted her to go to the back of the line. The entire waiting room agreed with me that they should take that patient so she could get to work on time. She was in here less than 5 minutes and left visibly upset. I was called back and told my tests had been canceled. I will tell my doctor to request my tests from LabCorp next door.
The phlebotomist was very skilled and professional. There wasn't much of a wait for my scheduled appointment and all was quick and efficient.
