The technician who drew my blood was the best that I ever had!! I have had them take blood from the top of my hand after a couple of pokes in my arms!

I arrived about 5 minutes late to the appointment I scheduled 4 months ago, and there was a construction crew with a cement mixer blocking the building. I waited in my car until the entrance was clear of moving vehicles. When I got in I was greeted by a closed window and a tablet screen. I entered my name and the screen said I was 10 minutes late so they won't see me. The next appointment was offered for 5 hours later and this was a fasting test.
