I arrived about 5 minutes late to the appointment I scheduled 4 months ago, and there was a construction crew with a cement mixer blocking the building. I waited in my car until the entrance was clear of moving vehicles. When I got in I was greeted by a closed window and a tablet screen. The lovely lady that drew my blood did an outstanding job! I did not feel a thing and her bedside manner was so pleasant!. Thank you!

This was the quickest easiest way to get an appointment. The lafy I worked with was great. Got my blood draw 1st poke and distracted me with pleasant conversation.

Signed in at 12:45, taken back at 12:50, Nichole was great, didn't fell a thing, and I WAS THE focus, not the ringing phone. That to me was OUTSTANDING!! I was treated very BADLY at RMI in Flint, so I am very gun-shy about any Medical Procedure. Not only was Nichole being very understanding, but she did something that many medical people do not do, and that was Listen. You all need to take care of Nichole.
