I had an appointment, but still didn have to wait long in the waiting room. The lady taking my blood did a great job and was super friendly.
The person that took my blood did an excellent, painless, job.
Very uncomfortable setting, with an awful waiting room that is cold and baby puke green. Self check in is terrible, the older customers have a hard time with it. Staff is very robotic, definitely just a paycheck to them.
TERRIBLE customer service. They never have my order that my doctor keeps putting in so I’ve been sent away multiple weeks in a row now so once that finally got resolved I went up there to get a glucose test because I’m pregnant and I showed up at 10:06 then was informed I was 8 minutes too late because they close at 11 and turned away since the test I have to do takes exactly one hour.
