Didn't send the bill to my insurance provider so I was directly charged $2500 for bloodwork since they didn't submit a claim! Awful lab tech! Don't pay the bill they give you upfront!!
Cynthia made the place look beautiful and as welcoming as a blood draw center could possibly be considering why you are at the place. She was lovely, efficient and it was painless. I have had so many bad experiences at Labcorp recently I'm absolutely only using Quest going forward!
Janesha “Jay” was amazing and so patient. She helped me with my documents and made sure everything was good on them. They will take good care of you! The process was quick and easy. I made an appointment myself over the phone.
Tiny waiting area, no one working the front desk ever and long wait time (30 min past appt time) is not a good look. However, Angela was a courteous and patient phlebotomist. Too bad my survey locked up and I could relay this compliment.
Went to this location waited for over 4 hours , got sent to a different location , where they couldn't even complete my specialized Q test because it had to be done at there facility...Get more facilities or more staff ! Clearly this is a ongoing issue
