Clearly Walk-ins are not welcome. Booked for 3 days out all the time, not quick, and a walk-in can sign in twice for 2 days, wait hours, and still never get seen. Employer drug screens typically require 48hr completion so look for a different location.
Came in at 930am on a Saturday 10/25/2025 and only to be told they cant do the test because its past 1130. Waited for over 2 hrs just to be told no. Very unprofessional staff
The tech who took my blood Cynthia was excellent. I think she did my blood on another occasion and she was very, very, very good. Sometimes my veins were a little hard to find, but she hit me every time got all the blood we needed. It really went very smoothly. I was very thankful for her. She was also very professional.
The worst customer services, to drop of a exam you have to wait more than 1 hour because always never have a person at the window.
First time I’ve ever been to quest to get labs drawn I’m usually a LabCorp person. Really had a great experience there easy easy check-in. Everybody was very professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great technique for someone who has been stuck multiple times
