The best experience at the Huguenot Rd location!! I had a nurse last week, Victoria (I believe that was her name) and this week Rhama (forgive my spelling) took care of me. They were both super nice and friendly. I didn’t feel a thing and I had multiple vials taken both times. Professional at their best! Highly recommend this location!
When my insurance company switched to Quest I was skeptical about their service as it is very hard to deal with an actual human with Quest. Having my A1C done every 3 months, I now see that their system works fine. I make my appointment online, show up and check in with an express stand they have in their lobby and wait to be called in. I made an appointment at Quest and was taken back right at my scheduled time—no wait at all. Cynthia was great—super friendly, quick, and made the whole process painless. Really appreciated the smooth experience
Came in as a walk-in for some blood work. Walked in and the whole waiting area was full and there were people standing outside. Waited FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF, just to be told that if you were a walk-in for blood work or a drug screening you would not be seen and you should go to another location. I went to the other location with another lady that left, was in and out less than 20 minutes. The workers told me that it was the third time that they have had people be sent over and it was reported.
Cynthia was so sweet and spot on getting my blood. I would highly recommend her to others.
