I made an appointment at Quest and was taken back right at my scheduled time—no wait at all. Cynthia was great—super friendly, quick, and made the whole process painless. Really appreciated the smooth experience

Came in as a walk-in for some blood work. Walked in and the whole waiting area was full and there were people standing outside. Waited FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF, just to be told that if you were a walk-in for blood work or a drug screening you would not be seen and you should go to another location. I went to the other location with another lady that left, was in and out less than 20 minutes. The workers told me that it was the third time that they have had people be sent over and it was reported.

The office is clean and efficient, so that's the good news. During the blood draw, I told the nurse that the needle was burning and her reply was that "she'd been doing this for 25 years". Nevermind I'm 52 and have been on the receiving end for more years than that and know when the vein has been blown. Next time maybe a little validation and apology would go farther than a defensive response that left me feeling like the idiot. It burned, swelled, and bruised just like I knew it would.

I walk in to the quest diagnostics and waited for more than 60 minutes for the drug test. The staff were rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. For those who need to make an appointment, I don’t recommend this place at all.
