I had a very disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. I signed in on the standby list and waited for close to an hour. There were only four people on the standby list, and I was second in line, yet not a single standby patient was called the entire time I was there until I was finally called. It's never fun to have to get bloodwork done but the Quest experience is as pleasant as one can hope for from beginning to end. Scheduling is easy, check in is easy, the techs are very professional, friendly and kind. The place is clean and bright. Highly recommend if you need to have testing done!
Came here as a walk in and was seen very quickly as I was the only one there. It’s cleaner than LabCorp but a vein was blown pretty bad in the process. My arm’s felt tight and I have this expansive bruise for two weeks now, and I don’t usually bruise. Never had that issue anywhere else.
Fast. Very polite
Horrible experience. Staff were incredibly rude with no customer service. Self Checkin Kiosk Failed and the staff failed even more.
