They do not have anyone at the counter. I had an appointment waited 30 minutes after my appointment before even being acknowledged. Tried to inform the lady when she came to the front. She was rude and ignored me. Checking in and making appointments total waste
Experience has always been smooth compared to other facilities near here. They could use a water fountain or despinser in the waiting room.
Why must I wait over an hour just to pee in cup?! I've never seen a more horribly managed diagnostic facility than this place!
Rude employees. I went there for a drug test as a new employee and one of my kids had to use the restroom. She 5! They simple wouldn't let her use the restroom! I told her I had to find a place then and she told me I couldn't leave either... If you can avoid this place, please do!
