The technicians handled my anxious and nervous daughter with grace and dignity. They didn’t rush her, used the reclining chair and took their time. I am very pleased how friendly and nice they were towards us. Oh and ah we said it didn’t hurt at all (asked to use pediatric needle)
The technician was so very pleasant, gentle and kind. She was reassuring and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She made drawing blood work a breeze, no discomfort and I sincerely hope I have her the next time I return for my next appointment.
