I had a very nice technician and over all good experience! 😊
Do not go here! Who is even running this place!? Every appointment we have made has been canceled for random different reasons from maintenance to power issues etc. It's a joke! Myself, my husband, my dad, my neighbor, and a mom friend of mine have all experienced their random closures on several different occasions and over the last couple years this is not a new thing. My dad showed up and they never even opened the doors one time. I refuse to go to any quest now. They are unprofessional and should be reported.
I’m so done with this location! On at least 4 occasion's myself or others I’ve sent (I’m a doctor) have arrived with an APPOINTMENT only to have a sign taped on the door that they closed unexpectedly Being a huge company it would seem they should have the technology to pull up appointments remotely and have the system auto text patients to make them aware. I’ll have to start sending more patients to Labcorp.
I setup an appointment online it was really simple. The office is clean and the nurse was very nice, polite and really quick.
The phlebotomist made my child feel so relaxed and safe when she noticed she was scared. She did a thorough and safe job very quickly. We appreciate it all thank you
