Rose is so efficient, but also warm and friendly and I do so appreciate her. It is hard for some lab people to take a blood sample from me, but Rose is always right on! Just a few weeks ago she also managed to get blood for my son Samuel's lab test, and he has alzheimer's and just will hardly drink any water at all, but Rose succeeded there as well.
The staff were fast, efficient, and friendly!
Horrible customer service at front. The receptionist was rude and rushing me despite having the right paper work. I was so upset I didn’t go through with my blood work.
Kind, professional, and attentive employees who are fully focused on you and your work.
