Good efficient testing completed at Quest. So surprised I got the results of Physician ordered tests in 1 Day. Very easy, and convenient by scheduling early.
Reinaldo and his team are beyond amazing. I send my family to them. They are the best and very fair. I never have any issues.
The service at this office used to be very good, fast, and friendly, but now I don't know what happened because the service was terrible. I had to wait 45 minutes, and the waiting room was completely full.
The person who took care of me was extremely skilled and professional. She was able to draw blood successfully despite my thin veins and being dehydrated, which I truly appreciated. In the past, I have had others attempt three times without success, so I genuinely value her expertise and the care she provided. I was also grateful that she accommodated me since I arrived early and was unable to return later. Her overall attentiveness and professionalism made the experience much easier for me.
I went to a quest in Bridgeport where I had an appointment but I didn't have the physical paper. They would not help me, so I went to Fairfield and Raya was such a gem and helped me print my paper and got me right in as walk in. Thank you Raya
