I hesitated to schedule an appointment so late in the day and I should have stood by my initial intuition. My son had blood work done the day before at a different location but was very dehydrated and scared amongst other things. They were unable to fulfill the order only filling 2 out of 5 tubes. Though I believe that signing up for appointments at QUEST is the better option, I often forget to do so until the prime slots are taken. I have had unexpected success with going to QUEST as a walk-in. Yesterday morning, for example, I went as a walk-in - and 15 minutes later I walked out with blood work completed!
My phlebotomist was extremely competent and very pleasant!
