Renaldo was amazing! He found my vein in 1 second and it didn’t even hurt and I have a fear of needles, 2 other nurses couldn’t find my vein and he found it in literally a second and took my blood like a pro. I was shocked how quickly and painless it was done. Would highly recommend him- he definitely knows what he’s doing!

Simple and easy to set an appointment, quick check in, short waiting time, clean practice, respectful and professional staff, and painless experience!
We had to take my 7.5 month old for blood work and Avi and Reinaldo made my son, my husband and myself feel very much at ease! It is so wonderful to know that if we have to return, we have Avi and Reinaldo to look forward to seeing! Thank you Quest Diagnostics for making sure you had someone comfortable with pediatric blood draws, this is a huge weight lifted!
My appointment was scheduled for 11:10 a.m., and I arrived with plenty of time. However, I was not seen until nearly noon. If Quest is going to schedule this many appointments, there needs to be adequate staffing to accommodate them. This occurred in the middle of the workday, and the significant delay pushed back my entire schedule. I understand that occasional delays happen, but waiting almost 50 minutes for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. This was a very frustrating experience and extremely poor service.
