Last week I brought my daughter, my little one, to Quest Diagnostics in Fairfield (The one located at the Bank Of America Building, 2150 Black Rock Tpke), finding a parking was not difficult. Why can no one call you? This is a medical establishment and the phone doesn’t work??
I was nervous bringing my toddler in for blood work, not knowing how she’d react. Rinaldo was amazing — calm, caring, and clearly experienced with kids. He made the process quick and smooth. So grateful for his kindness! Katherine assisted too who was so gentle and sweet with our daughter!
