Made appointment for 11am. Got here at 10:50 to sign in. There are literally 25 people filling the waiting room and hallway and stairs. At 11:20 I finally get hold of one of the workers and she says "we're running behind." It's now 11:30 and I still haven't been seen.
I’ve been using this lab since they opened their door, only ever had one bad experience, that the manager took care of ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! They are Terrific Thank-You Management Went to Quest again on 07/02 this time I had "Fran" draw my blood . Shes truly amazing! I will request her if possible every time. Ive been through Chemo. Veins are hard to find. She found it before I could blink an eye. Truly amazing!
My technician Aviance was incredible. I don't like getting blood drawn at all - but I hardly felt the needle this time and before I knew it, she was done! I literally wondered if she had even done it and if she had taken enough blood. She was so friendly and put me at ease immediately. Ask for Aviance!
My technician was Kenya and she was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable!
