Waited for 40 minutes. No one came to see me as a walk-in. Techs here do not care about getting patients seen.
The staff is always so friendly and professional... Thanks for the great care!
My dissatisfaction is based on the completely unacceptable wait times for dropping off a refrigerated specimen sample. After waiting an hour, it looked like it would be at least another hour before I would see someone. I therefore left and headed to the Norwalk location at 148 East Ave. where I gave up after a 45 minute wait, returned home, and discarded the now-warm specimen. I will try again with a new specimen in the next couple days...Quest, writ large, is simply awful.
