I’ve had consistently positive experiences at the Quest Diagnostics location on Coburg in Eugene. They are dependable and professional, with an easy and straightforward check-in process. The wait times have always been short, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate the reliability of this location and highly recommend it.
The phlebotomist at this location (Coburg Road in Eugene) is very kind and professional. He does his best to make the blood draw painless, which I appreciate!
One person working? That’s crazy. I appreciate the male worker being friendly but when appts are 30 min behind because he is so chatty, there is no way a walk in has a chance. I waited 2 hours even though there was empty appt slots because HE was behind.You can hear him chatting up every person through the door about his personal life. I’ll choose another location next time. There is no sign for the business, so easy to get lost. The TV is blasting in the waiting room.
The check in is interesting. There is no actual person checking you in. That explains why nobody answered the phone when I called. But after a brief an somewhat kinda confusing/ annoying check in process, it says my name on the screen for patients checked in. Hopefully the stick goes as well as the check in
The check in process was totally automated. The technician was dope. He got my draw in one stick, an I'm a hard draw. From the time I hit the door - checked in an was done getting my draw, like 7-8min. Not even joking. The best blood draw experience of my entire life!!! Thank you
